Typically this regular season game is the biggest of the year. However, Coalfield is 1-2 on the season with losses to Oneida and Oliver Springs (yes, OS). Nevertheless, it’s still Coalfield and it’s still a big district game.
The Waves are coming off an OPEN week which I’ve yet to hear the final score but it was 0-0 at the half. How will the Waves respond after a bye week? Will the Coalfield coach again wear the Elvis like white jumpsuit that we wore last year?
These are all critical questions that will be answered come Friday night.
