Interview with Nancy Sargent

Nancy Sargent:
SORSN: You had a solid game against Oliver Springs, going 2 for 3, with 1 run and 1 RBI. In your opinion, what is one area that the team needs to improve on to continue to win games?

Nancy: Batting with confidence

SORSN: Last year, the girls made it to the State Tournament. Is this year’s team capable of a return trip?

Nancy: Yes

SORSN: Name these tunes:
“Fire on the mountain run boys run, Devils in the house with the rising sun, chicken in a bread pan picking out dough, Granny does your dog bite – no child no”

“Fish don’t fry in the kitchen, beans don’t burn on the grill, took a whole lot of trying, just to get up that hill.”

Nancy:
Devil went down to Georgia and The Jefferson’s

SORSN: Why is Sarah Kyle called “Granny”?

Nancy: Because she is sweet like a granny

SORSN: Have you ever saw Jon Russell do pilates or yoga? Would it scare you if you did?

Nancy: No. Yes, very scary

(Nancy will be given the award for the shortest answers in history.)
